MEVA32 and MEP provide unique shoring solution on agriculture jobsite
MEVA32 was used as a shoring table for the cast-in-place beam portions of the project. The lightweight aluminum frame has a total load capacity of 32 kips (142 kN). The high load capacity allows for fewer frames, saving labor, time, and equipment installation. The versatility of MEVA32 also allows for other systems to be used simultaneously.
For this specific application, MEP gates were used to connect the MEVA32 frames together in a table format, so the system could be flown to the next pour destination. Using MEVA32 and MEP in this fashion allowed MEVA’s Engineering team to design a table that would hold Imperial panels on top of the table while Cornerstone cast the beams in the desired location.
Over 22-ft.-tall walls were poured using Imperial Formwork panels. Designed for lateral concrete pressure of up to 2,025 psf/ft and offering panel sizes up to 12’ high by 8’ wide, Imperial wall formwork is ideal for tall and thick walls.

Saving time and labor with Imperial
Imperial provided the perfect forming solution allowing the workers to gang and fly the panels, saving time and labor in the process.
The panels were easy to work with, everything fitted together nicely, and gave the walls a good finish.
