Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive VP Business Development. The ideal candidate will spearhead efforts to grow our market share, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in infrastructure projects across the Philippines. This role requires profound industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to business development.
Success in this role will position the candidate for a future General Manager/President role, with opportunities to lead the company’s operations and drive its overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sectors, including contractors, project developers, and government agencies.
- Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities and assess market trends to position MEVA as the preferred formwork supplier in the region.
- Sales Leadership: Oversee high-value negotiations, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Brand Promotion: Represent MEVA at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven executive-level experience in business development, preferably in the construction or formwork industry.
- Deep understanding of formwork systems, construction processes, and infrastructure projects in the Philippines.
- Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, and government sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (master’s degree is an advantage)
