Role Summary:

Responsible for content creation, community engagement, content scheduling, analytics, and paid advertising across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management & Content:
  • Develop and schedule posts for platforms like Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor brand sentiment.
• Digital Advertising:
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop ad copy and visuals for online ads.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI.
• Email Marketing:
  • Design email templates and create copy for newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content for specific audience segments.
  • Measure open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize email campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, or any business-related course.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Willing to work onsite on Monday to Friday.
• Willing to travel to sites, and to Yard offices when needed.

Additional Information: 

• Flexible Time (7:00 am to 4:00 pm / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• Will be based in Quezon City office.
