The MEVA Beam System (MBS) is a high load capacity wall and column formwork system. Designed to suit any layout of wall, curved or angular, adjustable walers allow column formwork to be designed to suit a number of sizes. H20 timber beams or K6 aluminium beams serve as secondary support and are able to withstand permissible concrete pressure of up to 100 kN/m2 with single pours of walls of more than 10m.

Standard Features
Performance	According the number of anchors, steel chords. MBS or the wooden beams H20, as well as the strength of anchors, a fresh concrete pressure absorption of up to up to 100 kN/m² is possible.
Materials	Wooden H20 beams, Steel (walers).

Widths	125cm – 275cm.
Largest panel size	Up to 16,23m² contact area per panel (590 x 275cm).
Protective Coating	Parts made from steel are powder coated for high ease of cleaning and reduced concrete adhesion.
Crane Independent	No. Requires crane assistance.
Tying System	DW Ø 15 mm/90kN.
Connections	With MBS belt coupling and wedges.
Components	Corner coupling H24/H20, Corner connector, coupling belt, steel waler, H20 beams, stop-ends, facing sheets.
Facings	Free choice of facing according requirements.
Compatibility	Compatible with custom formwork, climbing formwork and the full range of MEVA accessories.
