An architectural masterpiece

Substantial expansion of of The Vienna University of Economics and Business meant a requirement to extend the campus, with a further six buildings planned – four of which were erected using MEVA formwork and formwork solutions. 

Fair-faced climbing

With its unique anchoring system, the MEVA MAC formwork climbing system was able to achieve a superior surface finish in the construction of Ardmore Park, Singapore.

Extraordinary stadium design

MEVA worked with the contractor to design a cantilevered shoring system at FC Felcsút’s Stadium in Hungary that would allow the roof supports to be cast without damaging the playing field.

India’s green hotel

The 320m-tall, Palais Royale in Mumbai was India’s first green building, achieving LEED Platinum certification. MEVA’s automated climbing system (MAC) was used to ensure the project was delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

Highest building ever

MEVA rose to the challenge to help construct the Burj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world. Pouring 154 floors over the 829m height whilst remaining on schedule required formwork solutions that were durable and efficient.

High above Manchester

Working in tandem, two MEVA Automated Climbing (MAC) systems built one storey every five days on these four residential towers in Manchester.

Simple. Smart. Safe

A smart solution to create two new rescue tunnels in one of Germany’s oldest and most critical road tunnels, using MEVA’s wall and slab formwork systems.

Ecological, practical, good

A retaining wall with integrated columns was able to be installed without a crane and despite challenging site conditions by making use of MEVA’s AluFix wall formwork system.

Exceptional bridge piers

A new interchange and bridge was constructed as part of a motorway upgrade and bespoke formwork is needed to create the bridge piers.

A bespoke 3D modelled formwork design provides the solution to a complex vertical louvre geometry at the Airport end of Stuttgart’s new rail extension.
