The rail-guided MGS Guided Screens System offers optimum all-around worker protection for safe work on slabs or at slab edges in great heights − fall-down, wind and visual protection. The MGS units are safely installed on the ground and remain anchored to the building throughout the building process. Climbing is done by crane or with the MGS hydraulic equipment.
Modular system for climbing and screens
Always anchored to building, also when climbing
Completely surrounded by screens
Level heights from 3,00 m to 4,25 m
Lift also with hydraulic ram instead of a crane
Free positioning of guiding profiles up to a width of 4,50
Simple to lift using guiding profiles
Safe work independent of any wind load
The MEVA MGS and MGC systems being hydraulically climbed up the WINX Tower in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This saves crane and waiting time.
MEVA climbing technolgy MAC and MGS are safety and efficiency solutions - as shown on the Hotel One site in Manila, Philippines
The tower is being climbed using MEVA‘s automatic hydraulic System MAC. With its completely closed platform it provides a safe working environment even at great heights.
The MEVA Guided Screens protection system MGS encloses complete floors protecting workers and equipment against wind and weather. Together with other MEVA systems, MGS is in use on an office tower that is being built in a mixed residential and office area outside Zurich.
Three tieing methods in one system. The sytem‘s integrated Combi tie of using any of the following tieing methods and flexibly changing from one to another:
Rail guided climbing system MGC for walls in high-rise construction. Assembled on the ground. Closed housing for safety. Free positioning of climbing rails up to 4.50 m width.
MEVA automatic, hydraulic climbing system for cores and shafts in high-rise construction. Optimum worker safety through closed housing.
3 methods in one Slab formwork system: 1) drop-head beam panel method with early stripping. 2) Panel method with panels only. 3) Primary and secondary beam method for separate facing for compensation areas.
Heavy-duty wall formwork. Large panel size 3.50 high, 2.50 width footprint. 100 kN/m² concrete load capacity throughout the system.
AluStarTec is a true multi-purpose formwork system comprising a light-weight aluminium panel family and a large-format panel range.
